Claris Caga Belgica

Hello! I’m Teacher Claris — a licensed English teacher with six years of classroom experience and several years of online teaching, supporting learners from Intermediate to Senior High levels in both private and public schools. I’ve taught students from the Philippines, China, and Korea. I live by a beautiful quote from Abdul Kalam: “If the people remember me as a good teacher, that will be the biggest honor for me.” I’m also a sister, wife, mother, aunt, and friend — and above all, a humble, God-fearing woman who’s always happy to connect and communicate with others. Hello! My name is Jordan Abance, but feel free to call me Mr. Jordan. I’m a licensed teacher in the Philippines, currently working with junior high school students in a traditional classroom setting. Daisy Artemio

This is Teacher Daisy Artemio, but you can call me Ms. Daisy. I’ve been passionately teaching for 12 years — 11 of those in the Philippines, where I also led an English after-school program for non-readers. I served as coordinator and department head at a Christian school for 2 years.Since July 2024, I’ve been teaching English at an international school in Japan, where I also support Japanese children learning ESL — while learning my third language! I’m excited to help you reach your English goals.

I am particularly adept at preparing students for the IELTS speaking test. I hold a TESOL certificate, which qualifies me to teach learners of all ages and backgrounds — from children and teenagers to university students, young professionals, and adults. Over the years, I have worked with diverse learners from different countries, and I truly enjoy every minute I spend with my students. In my classes, I make sure that learning is both engaging and enjoyable. I believe that my teaching skills, combined with my positive and encouraging approach, can help students develop their speaking abilities and gain the confidence to use English with ease and fluency. Aside from teaching, I have a passion for the outdoors — I enjoy hiking, mountain climbing, and doing daily cardiovascular exercises. I had been teaching English for 16 years or so. I hold both TESOL and TOEFL certifications which have equipped me with the skills to effectively teach learners of diverse and linguistic backgrounds. I have handled basic to advanced classes for Thai and Lao students in Learning Centers. My approach to teaching emphasizes communication, clarity and confidence-building, ensuring that students not only improve their grammar and vocabulary gradually but also develop practical language skills for real-life use. I really love this nickname because it always reminds me of my aspirations in life, which as well gives me motivations and positive vibes whenever I hear it! I graduated from National University-Baguio with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, but I’m now a proud English teacher living here in the Philippines and a holder of the Teaching English as a Foreign Language or the TEFL certificate. I can say I'm experienced in teaching English because I have been teaching the language for 11 years now. I'm a highly motivated and dedicated educator who wants all my students to be successful learners.
