Kim Myko P. Ordoñez, RN, LPT, MAAS Public School Teacher, Educator, Nurse, Trainer, and Tutor

Kim Myko P. Ordoñez, RN, LPT, MAAS Public School Teacher, Educator, Nurse, Trainer, and Tutor

I am a lifelong nurse, educator, and learner who is passionate about helping people grow, succeed, and discover their full potential. My professional journey has allowed me to serve in different roles—working as a public school teacher during weekdays and as a private tutor and trainer on weekends. Through these experiences, I have developed a deep appreciation for education, personal development, and lifelong learning.

I first earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), which laid the foundation for my passion for service, compassion, and helping others improve their quality of life. Driven by my desire to make a broader impact through education, I later pursued a Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd), major in Biological Science, and continued my professional growth through a Master of Arts in Administration and Supervision (MAAS). These diverse academic experiences have given me a unique perspective on learning, leadership, and personal development.

I learned that nursing and education work hand in hand. In nursing, we create care plans to help patients recover, improve, and achieve better health outcomes. In education, we design lesson plans that guide students toward learning, growth, and success. Both professions require compassion, patience, critical thinking, and a genuine commitment to helping others become the best version of themselves. Through my experiences in both fields, I have come to appreciate how caring for people and educating them share the same purpose—to empower individuals to grow, overcome challenges, and reach their full potential.

My studies in administration and supervision have strengthened my understanding of leadership, organizational development, and the importance of creating supportive learning environments. I believe that effective leadership is not simply about managing people—it is about inspiring growth, mentoring future leaders, fostering collaboration, and creating opportunities where both educators and learners can thrive.

One of my greatest passions is motivating and encouraging others. I understand that teaching is both rewarding and challenging, and I firmly believe that while we dedicate ourselves to helping others, maintaining balance and personal well-being should never be neglected. A fulfilled educator can make a greater impact on the lives of students and the communities they serve.

At American English Pathway (AEP), I am honored to support a mission that goes beyond language learning. I believe in AEP's vision of empowering individuals through education, building confidence, and opening doors to new opportunities. My goal is to be a light that guides learners, educators, and professionals toward continuous growth, meaningful success, and a lifelong love of learning.

I look forward to sharing the vision of AEP with learners around the world and helping them discover that with dedication, perseverance, and the right guidance, they can achieve their goals and unlock their fullest potential.
